◦ A cancellation and refund of payment for beverages (including deposit) can be processed according to the rules of each store, and the deposit is given only to the person returning the disposable cup.
◦ For deposit indicating labels:
① Business is suspended/closed
② Deposit label is damaged before its sale
③ If the sale is not possible because the label is already on the disposable cup due to a prior cancellation/refund, a return will be allowed to be processed by using the disposable cup deposit management system. The deposit and processing subsidy will be returned in this scenario.
◦ When a customer requests a change of payment method and a refund, only the deposit is refunded as the disposable cup is considered already used.
